Michaël Dumoulin 
Representative of French-language post-secondary health training institutions
 
A professional renowned for his collaboration and expertise, Michaël has over 20 years' experience at Collège La Cité, where he currently holds the position of Dean of the Institute of Health and Life Sciences and of the School of Administration, Hospitality and Tourism. With a master's degree in political science with a specialization in public administration (Université de Montréal) and a bachelor's degree in social sciences (University of Ottawa), he plays a key role in establishing provincial, national and international partnerships for the Collège.
 
Since 2003, Michaël has held a variety of strategic roles: professor, program coordinator, student success advisor, assistant principal, principal, and now dean at La Cité. He has also directed the Consortium national de formation en santé (CNFS).
 
Michaël is renowned for his commitment to key strategic collaborations. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Réseau de soins de santé en français de l'Est de l'Ontario (RSSFEO) and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Société Santé en français (SSF). He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Technical Health Programs (CAAHP-ACPTS), where he aims to promote and strengthen francophone health programs in Canada.

Originally from Montreal, Michaël is the proud father of two children, Aimée (13) and Eliot (16). His passions include field hockey, salmon fly-fishing, golf, cooking and renovation projects.
