On Wednesday, January 31, 2024, a webinar on winning strategies for serving Francophone clients was held. Jointly presented by the French language Health Services Network of Eastern Ontario, the Kids First Health Team, and Archipel, the webinar brought together over 175 participants, mainly partners from the Ontario Health Teams (OHTs).
Hosted by Alex Munter, CEO of CHEO and co-chair of the Kids First steering committee, and presented by Michelle Goulet, a planning officer at the Network, the webinar provided an opportunity for participants to learn how to implement effective strategies for providing safe, ethical, and equitable health services to minority Francophone communities.
The webinar also featured interventions by Rachel Gouin, Executive Director of the CAP center and co-director of the Francophone committee of Kids First, Elizabeth Tanguay, Director of Archipel, and Normand Glaude, Executive Director of the Réseau.
